Government of Vlastimil Tusar II
The Czechoslovak government Vlastimil Tusar II , led by Prime Minister Vlastimil Tusar , was in office from May 25, 1920 to September 15, 1920. It followed the Vlastimil Tusar I government and was replaced by the Jan Černý I government .
Government formation, program
Vlastimil Tusar's second government from 1920 was also the second government of the so-called red-green coalition, which consisted of the socialist parties and the agrarian party. It came about after the first parliamentary elections in April 1920 , when the first government of Tusar gave way to the formation of a new government. Tusar's social democracy, which achieved good results in the parliamentary elections, was able to slightly strengthen its role in the government.
The government ended its term largely as a result of a crisis within the Social Democratic Party when part of the left wing that later became the Communist Party destabilized Social Democracy.
