Vlastimil Tusar's government from 1919 was the first government of the so-called red-green coalition, which consisted of the socialist parties and the agrarian party. Her role was changed by the amendment to the constitution on May 23, 1919, according to which she was appointed by the President of the Republic, who could also preside over her.
