Government upper secretary ( ROS ) is in Germany , the official name of an official on the intermediate service in the federal or state management in the first transport office .

Salary

The position is paid with the salary group A 7 according to the federal salary regulations of the Federal Salary Act and thus corresponds to the salary law of a police master or a sergeant in the armed forces .

Government senior secretaries have usually completed the two-year career training for middle service and were then promoted from government secretary (RS) to government senior secretary on the basis of a good service assessment .
