Higher government inspector ( ROI ) in Germany is the official designation of a civil servant in the higher service in the federal or state administration in the first transport office .

Salary

The position is paid with the salary group A 10 according to the federal salary regulations of the Federal Salary Act and thus corresponds to salary law of a police chief commissioner or a first lieutenant of the Bundeswehr .

education

Senior government inspectors have generally completed their career training for the higher service in the form of a technical college degree with a degree in administrative management (FH) and were then promoted from government inspector (RI) to senior government inspector on the basis of a good service assessment .

Higher government inspectors are mostly employed as clerks in large authorities . You can act as the superior of the middle-class officials . In smaller departments you can also hold the position of a deputy head of department or a deputy head of department.
