Regional cuisine

As regional cuisine or regional dishes (often abbreviated as "kitchen"), the cooking and eating habits of the population referred that prevail in a country or region. Every landscape produces regional products, every culture has produced its own traditions , trade and travel, migration and newly introduced foods influence and change regional kitchens. Every region and every country, even individual cities, have produced their own cuisine. Countries are also referred to as national cuisine .
