history

On June 21, 1984, Corpus Christi Day , heavy rain led to a flood catastrophe in the valleys of the Ölbach and its tributaries as well as in some neighboring waters. Dittwar and the surrounding communities were affected. The damage caused was put at around 90 million German marks .
