Reinhard Schulze-Stapen

Reinhard Schulze-Stapen (born November 19, 1867 in Stapen ; † October 22, 1944 ibid) was a German farmer and politician ( DNVP ).

Life and work

Schulze-Stapen attended elementary school in Stapen and the high school in Salzwedel up to Obersekunda. He worked as a farmer since 1884, became a farm owner in 1898 and was also chairman of the board of the Altmärkischer Kornhaus in Beetzendorf from 1899 . From 1914 to 1918 he took part in the First World War as a soldier . During the war he was used in the Argonne and Poland . Later he was a member of the association committee of agricultural cooperatives of the province of Saxony and chairman of the district association of agricultural cooperatives in Salzwedel.

MP

Schulze-Stapen was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives from 1913 to 1918 and a member of the Prussian Landtag from 1921 to 1931 . In the Reichstag election in September 1930 , he was elected to the German Reichstag , to which he was a member until 1933. In addition, since 1919 he was district deputy and district committee member in the Salzwedel district .
