The right upper course of the Weißach is called Reitbach .

The Reitbach arises with its upper reaches Kleiner Reitbach and Großer Reitbach from numerous ditches on the northern slopes of the Blauberge around Ameiskopf , Reitberg , Reitstein and Stacheleck . After largely northern course, the Großweißach joins in Glashütte with the left upper reaches of the Weißach, the Großweißach .
