René Bobzin

René Bobzin (* 1973 in Altentreptow ) is a German chef.

Career

After completing his training, Bobzin went to the Landhaus Scherrer with Heinz Otto Wehmann in Hamburg and for four years to the gourmet restaurant Imperial in the Schlosshotel Bühlerhöhe . Then he switched to the Bareiss with Claus-Peter Lumpp in Baiersbronn and the Swiss parlors with Fritz Schilling in Wertheim (two Michelin stars ). He then became sous chef at the Hotel Brandenburger Hof in Berlin .

In 2000 he became kitchen director at the Landhaus Zu den Rothen Forellen in Ilsenburg , whose restaurant Forellenstube was awarded a Michelin star in 2005. From 2008 he was managing director at Henry's Gastrokonzept in Goslar . In 2010 he became head chef in the gourmet restaurant of the Hotel Zur Post in Bansin . From 2010 onwards, Bobzin was a television chef on the program “Die Dorf-Bruzzzler”, which was broadcast once a week in 50 episodes by MDR .

René and Carolin Bobzin have been running the farmhouse parlor in Mellenthin in the inland of Usedom since September 2015 .
