Renée O'Connor
Evelyn Renée O'Connor (born February 15, 1971 in Katy , Texas ) is an American actress and director .
Life
She began her career with McDonald’s commercials and appearances at the Mickey Mouse Club (1989).
With her appearance in the film Darkman II - Durants return ( Darkman II: The Return of Durant ) (1994) she made the producers Sam Raimi and Robert Tapert attention, giving her a role in the Hercules TV movie Hercules and the Forgotten Kingdom (1995) gave. When the Hercules offshoot series Xena - The Warrior Princess was decided a little later , the two producers remembered Renée O'Connor again and engaged her for the role of Gabrielle .
The series Xena - The Warrior Princess ran successfully on television for six years and made Renée O'Connor known worldwide. She also directed two episodes of the series.
She married Steve Muir from New Zealand on October 14, 2000 and gave birth to a son in 2001. She divorced Muir in 2005 and is currently dating Jed Sura, an American actor. A daughter was born from this relationship.
