Reto Wyss (2013)

Reto Wyss (born April 7, 1965 in Emmenbrücke , legal resident in Rothenburg and Emmen ) is a Swiss politician ( CVP ). Since July 1, 2011, he has been a member of the government of the Canton of Lucerne and headed the Education and Culture Department from 2011 to 2019.

Wyss has been Finance Director in Lucerne since July 1, 2019.

Wyss is a qualified civil engineer (HTL / SIA) and was co-owner of a civil engineering office. From 1999 to 2011 was Wyss mayor of Rothenburg. He is married, has two children and lives in Rothenburg.
