Ricardo Augusto Rodríguez Álvarez
Ricardo Augusto Rodríguez Álvarez (born June 14, 1962 in Lima , Peru ) is a Peruvian clergyman and Roman Catholic auxiliary bishop in Lima .
Life
Ricardo Augusto Rodríguez Álvarez received on 13 December 1987 by the sacrament of Holy Orders .
In Santiago de Chile and Bogotá he completed postgraduate studies in pastoral theology with a major in youth pastoral care . He was a chaplain and pastor in several parishes in the Archdiocese of Lima.
On April 13, 2019 Pope appointed him Francis to the titular of Aeliae and auxiliary bishop in Lima. He was ordained bishop on July 6, 2019 by the Archbishop of Lima, Carlos Castillo Mattasoglio .
