Richard Brooks (actor)
Richard Brooks (born December 9, 1962 in Cleveland ) is an American actor .
Brooks was best known for his role as assistant attorney Paul Robinette in the crime series Law & Order , in which he starred from 1990 to 1993. In 1996, 2005 and 2006 he each had a guest appearance. Brooks was also seen in the 2002 television series Firefly - The Dawn of the Serenity .
