Richard John Sklba (born September 11, 1935 in Racine ) is auxiliary bishop emeritus in Milwaukee .

Life

Richard John Sklba was ordained a priest on December 20, 1959 .

Pope John Paul II appointed him auxiliary bishop in Milwaukee and titular bishop of Castro di Puglia on November 6, 1979 . The Archbishop of Milwaukee, Rembert George Weakland OSB , donated him episcopal ordination on December 19 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were William Edward Cousins , Old Archbishop of Milwaukee, and Robert Fortune Sanchez , Archbishop of Santa Fe .
