Richard Tamblé

Richard Tamblé (born September 27, 1913 in Völklingen ; † June 11, 1982 in Westerland , Sylt ) was a German dentist and politician ( SPD ).

Life and work

After graduating from the reform of secondary school Tamblé took a degree in dentistry in Freiburg and Cologne in which he in 1935 with the state examination and 1936 with the graduation to the Dr. med. dent. finished. He initially worked as a research assistant at the University Dental Clinic in Cologne and later as a senior assistant at the University Dental Clinic in Frankfurt am Main and at the Academy for Dental Training in Berlin . From 1939 to 1945 he took part in the Second World War as a soldier and was employed as a medical officer. In 1946 he established himself as a dentist in Westerland. He was also senior medical officer in the Bundeswehr reserve .

MP

Tamblé, a member of the SPD, had been a councilor for the city of Westerland since 1951. He belonged to the German Bundestag from April 25, 1960, when he replaced the late MP Wilhelm Gülich , until 1972. He was always drawn into parliament via the state list of the SPD Schleswig-Holstein .

Public offices

Tamblé was from 1955 to 1962 mayor of the city of Westerland.
