Richard Tuwei

Richard Tuwei (born May 20, 1954 ) is a former Kenyan middle-distance and obstacle runner .

At the Commonwealth Games he was seventh over 1500 m in Edmonton in 1978 and tenth over 3000 m obstacle in Brisbane in 1982 .

At the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki in 1983 , he reached the semi-finals over 3000 m obstacle.

In 1982 he was NCAA champion over 3000 m obstacle starting for Washington State University .
