Richard Wegner
Richard Wegner (born June 16, 1815 in Stettin ; † April 10, 1894 in Berlin ) was a German administrative lawyer.
Life
He studied law at the Albertus University in Königsberg . In 1834 he became a member of the Normannia Corpsland Team . Coming from Elbing as a government assessor, he became provisional in 1850 and finally in 1851 district administrator of the Schwetz district in the province of Prussia . In 1875 he was appointed Vice President of the Poznan District. From 1882 to 1887 he was the district president of the district of Stettin . He was the father of the architect and Prussian construction officer Armin Wegner and the grandfather of the writer and poet Armin T. Wegner .
