Rico Göde (born April 13, 1982 in Dresden ) is a German handball player and coach .
The 2.07 meter long circle runner played for the clubs ESV / HSV Dresden and from July 2001 at 1. SV Concordia Delitzsch before he came to the Stralsund AG in July 2006 . The right-hander did not renew his contract with the SHV, which ran until summer 2008; instead he has been running for the Bundesliga club Füchse Berlin since the 2008/09 season . For the 2010/11 season Göde moved from Berlin to HSG Ahlen-Hamm , from where he moved to HC Empor Rostock in November 2010 during the current season . From summer 2012 he ran for the SC DHfK Leipzig . For the 2014/15 season he moved to third division club HC Elbflorenz . From the 2017/18 season he worked as an assistant coach at HC Elbflorenz. He is also available to the team as a backup player. After Christian Pöhler's dismissal, he took over the coaching position on April 17, 2019.
He played two games for the German men's national team .
