The Rifugio Città di Lissone (mostly just Rifugio Lissone ) is an alpine refuge in the Italian region of Lombardy in the Adamello group . It is located at an altitude of 2017  m slm and belongs to the CAI - Section Lissone . The hut is open from the beginning of June to the end of September and offers beds for 70 mountaineers.

Location and surroundings

The hut is located in the Adamello Regional Park a little above a small reservoir at the beginning of the Valle Adamé and the Val Saviore below in the municipality of Saviore dell'Adamello . Southwest of the Rifugio is the 2827  m slm high Corno di Grevo. The Adamello high trail no.1 leads past the refuge .

history

During the First World War , a section command of the Alpini was housed in the former hut used by Enel . In 1970 the CAI Lissone section acquired the building and used it as an alpine refuge after renovation work. In 1986 this building burned down. The new and larger Rifugio Città di Lissone was opened at the same location in 1991.
