The River Finn ( Irish Abhainn na Finne ) is a river in County Donegal in the north-west of the Republic of Ireland .

The Finn rises in the west of Donegal from the Lough Finn and flows in an easterly direction through the county to unite at Lifford and Strabane with the Morne coming from the southeast from County Tyrone and together to form the River Foyle . The Finn below Clady forms the border between the counties Donegal and Tyrone and thus between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Lifford is at the eastern end of the Finn Valley through which the Finn in Donegal flows ; previously the Finn flows through the twin cities of Stranorlar and Ballybofey and gives the football club " Finn Harps FC " in Ballybofey its name.
