The Rivière Ouasiemsca is a right tributary of the Rivière Mistassini in the Canadian province of Québec .
The Rivière Ouasiemsca rises north of Lac Fleuricourt - about 60 km east of Lac Mistassini . It initially flows through Lac Fleuricourt in a southerly direction. It maintains its course south through the Canadian Shield in MRC Maria-Chapdelaine . The two rivers Rivière Nestaocano (west) and Rivière Mistassini (east) run parallel to the upper reaches of the Rivière Ouasiemsca. West of the municipality of Girardville , the river turns east and finally flows into the Rivière Mistassini about 25 km west of Dolbeau- Mistassini. The river has a length of about 190 km.
