The Rivière Ouiatchouaniche is a tributary of Lac Saint-Jean in the MRC Le Domaine-du-Roy in the Canadian province of Québec .

The Rivière Ouiatchouaniche has its origin 40 km south of Lac Saint-Jean in the small lake Lac Quentin . From there it flows in a northerly direction. It passes the municipality ( Municipalité ) Sainte-Hedwidge and flows into the small town of Roberval on the south-west bank of Lac Saint-Jean. The river has a length of 70 km. It drains an area of ​​352 km².
