The Rivière Sainte-Anne (formerly Rivière Sainte-Anne-des-Monts ) is a river in the north of the Gaspésie peninsula in the MRC La Haute-Gaspésie .

The river has its origin in the small lake Lac Sainte-Anne in the Monts Chic-Chocs in the north of the Gaspésie peninsula not far from the source of the Petite rivière Cascapédia Ouest . At the beginning it flows north through the Réserve faunique des Chic-Chocs . The Route 299 follows in the mountains to the river. In the Parc national de la Gaspésie , the Rivière Sainte-Anne flows around the 1151  m high Mont Albert initially in a northerly direction, later in a westerly direction. The Rivière Sainte-Anne Nord-Est flows to it on the right. Finally, the Rivière Sainte-Anne turns north and after a further 20 kilometers flows into the St. Lawrence Gulf in the small town of Sainte-Anne-des-Monts . The river length is 72 km. The catchment area covers 826 km². The mean discharge at the mouth is 24 m³ / s.
