Robert Erlacher (born September 16, 1963 in Kolfuschg ; also: Roberto) is a former Italian ski racer .

biography

He was strongest in the giant slalom , in which he won his only World Cup race ( Puy-Saint-Vincent ) on December 8, 1984 . In this discipline he also won the title of Italian champion in 1985 and six other World Cup podiums, two of which were in the Super-G . As a result, he was fourth three times in the discipline world cup: 1985 and 1986 in giant slalom, 1987 in Super-G.

At the 1984 Winter Olympics in Sarajevo Erlacher reached twelfth place in the giant slalom. He took part in world championships twice. At his home world championship in 1985 in Bormio , he was sixth in giant slalom and tenth in combined . Another sixth place, this time in the Super-G, and an eleventh place in the giant slalom followed at the 1987 World Cup in Crans-Montana .
