Robert Feldhoff

Robert Feldhoff (* 16th July 1962 in Schorndorf , † 17th August 2009 in Oldenburg ) was a German science fiction - author .

Feldhoff lived in Oldenburg from 1964. He studied economics and became known as the author of the science fiction series Perry Rhodan , for which he published his first paperback in 1987 (and dropped out afterwards). As a so-called exposé author, he worked alongside Ernst Vlcek from 1993 to 1999 , from 1999 to 2009 in charge of developing the rough storyline of the series, which provides the stories of the team of authors with a common thread. In 1998 his novel Greetings from the Star Beast was published by the Science Fiction Club Deutschland e. V. awarded the German Science Fiction Prize . He also created the comic series Indigo and Chiq & Chloe in cooperation with the illustrator Dirk Schulz .

In 2009 a serious cancer became apparent, so that he had to hand over the preparation of the exposé of the Perry Rhodan series with volume 2504 to Uwe Anton . He died of his illness on August 17, 2009 at the age of 47.
