Robert Gerbrand
Robert Gerbrand (born September 26, 1903 in Werlte , † August 12, 1961 in Misburg ) was a Catholic pastor .
Life
Born in Werlte, Robert Gerbrand came to the Herz-Jesu-Kirche in Misburg in the middle of the Second World War in 1942 . After the air raids on Hanover and the war damage, he took care of the reconstruction of the church.
In addition, Gerbrand built the Sankt-Anna-Kirche in Misburg and brought about the settlement of the Heimatwerk .
Honors
- Gerbrandstrasse, which was laid out in 1962 in the Hanover district of Misburg-Süd, is named after the clergyman.
