Robert Jaensch (1839)

Ernst Robert Jaensch (also Jänsch ; born December 9, 1817 in Königsberg i. Pr. , † April 21, 1892 ibid) was a German math teacher in East Prussia.

Life

Jaensch attended the old town high school in Königsberg , from which he graduated from high school at Easter 1838. He enrolled as a stud. phil. at the Albertus University of Königsberg . In the Corpsland Team Baltia he was an excellent sub- senior , consenior and senior . With four other Balts he asked the Corpsland Team Masovia in 1840 to take over his (Catholic) league. After the exam and the probationary year, he came to the Herzog-Albrechts-Schule (Rastenburg) as a mathematics teacher . He was retired as a qualified high school professor in 1879 and died at the age of 75.
