Robert Pastorelli

Robert Joseph Pastorelli (born June 21, 1954 in New Brunswick , New Jersey , † March 8, 2004 in Hollywood Hills , California ) was an American actor .

life and career

Robert Pastorelli was born in 1954 to Ledo J. "Tally" (1918-2008) and Dorothy M. Pastorelli (1918-2008). His sister is Gwen Pastorelli.

Pastorelli played numerous supporting roles on television, in films and on stage. He achieved his greatest popularity with the role of the painter Eldin Bernecky in the television series Murphy Brown , which was produced between 1988 and 1994. In 1990 he appeared in Kevin Costner's western Dances with Wolves as a simple farmer Timmons .

Pastorelli had two daughters. The first emerged in 1998 from the relationship with Charemon Jonovich; the second daughter with Jalee Carder was born in 2000. Charemon Jonovich was found dead in 1999 in their common home. According to initial reports, it was a suicide during an argument with Pastorelli. Pastorelli himself died of a heroin overdose in March 2008 . At the time of his death, the events surrounding Jonovich's death were being re-examined, with Pastorelli now being classified as a suspect.
