Roberta Bruni (born March 8, 1994 in Rome ) is an Italian pole vaulter .

Athletic career

Roberta Bruni gained her first international experience in 2011 at the World Youth Championships near Lille , where she took sixth place with a jump of 4.00 m before she won the gold medal at the European Youth Olympic Festival in Trabzon with 4.10 m. The following year she won the bronze medal at the Junior World Championships in Barcelona with 4.20 m. In 2013 she qualified for the European Indoor Championships in Gothenburg and was eliminated there with 4.36 m in the qualification. At the Junior European Championships in Rieti , she was fifth with 4.15 m. In 2014 she was eliminated from qualification at the European Championships in Zurich with 4.25 m and in 2016 she finished fourth at the U23 Mediterranean Games in Tunis with 4.01 m. In 2019 she won the Summer Universiade in Naples with a new personal best of 4.46 m.

In 2014 and 2018 Bruni became Italian champion in pole vault.
