Robin Leamy
Robin Walsh Leamy SM (born July 27, 1934 in Wellington , New Zealand ) is auxiliary bishop in Auckland .
Life
Robin Walsh Leamy joined the order of the Marist Fathers and was ordained a priest on July 21, 1958 .
Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Rarotonga on January 9, 1984. He was ordained episcopal on April 7th of the same year by the Bishop of Auckland, Denis George Browne ; Co- consecrators were John Hubert Macey Rodgers SM, Auxiliary Bishop in Auckland, and Petero Mataca , Archbishop of Suva .
On November 8, 1996 he was appointed auxiliary bishop in Auckland.
