Robin White (born December 10, 1963 ) is a former American tennis player .

Career

White played on the WTA tour from 1983 to 1995 and won two singles titles in Hershey in 1985 and in Auckland in 1992. The high point of her career was winning the competition in women's doubles at the US Open in 1988. She and her doubles partner Gigi Fernández defeated Patty in the final Fendick and Jill Hetherington in two sets 6: 4 6: 1.

She was successful in eleven tournaments in doubles in her career. Robin White succeeded in 1989 , also at the US Open, with Shelby Cannon another success in a major tournament . They won the mixed doubles competition. White reached the final in mixed competition and that in women's doubles in New York City in 1991 .

Fifteenth place in singles and eighth place in doubles were the highest placements for the American in the world tennis rankings. She is currently a women's coach at the USTA.
