Rock Allen (born September 5, 1981 in Philadelphia ) is an American boxer .

Amateur career

He was American junior lightweight champion in 1999, American lightweight champion in 2000, American light welterweight champion in 2001 and 2002 , and US runner-up in light welterweight in 2003. He is also the winner of the US Junior Olympics in 1998 and the Junior Olympic International Tournament in Mexico in 1998 , where he was crowned the winner in the final through a walkover exit by Baqtiyar Artajew .
