Rodrigo , with full name Rodrigo José Queiroz das Chagas (born March 19, 1973 in Rio de Janeiro ), is a former Brazilian soccer player .

Career

society

From 1992 to 1995 Rodrigo played at EC Vitória and completed 40 games. For the 1995/96 season he moved to Bayer 04 Leverkusen . After 27 Bundesliga games, one goal and two red cards , he left the club for SC Corinthians Paulista . Here in 1998 he became Brazilian champion . In 1999 Rodrigo went back to EC Vitória and made 20 games. In 2000, the defender moved to Cruzeiro Belo Horizonte . Further stations were Sport Recife in 2001 , AA Ponte Preta in 2002 and again EC Vitória, Paysandu SC in 2003 , CRB in 2004 and União São João from 2005 to 2007. In 2007 he ended his career.

In 1995, Rodrigo took part in three games at the Copa America with the Brazilian national team.
