Roland Schäfer (actor)

Roland Schäfer (born October 27, 1943 in Wilhelmshaven ) is a German actor and director .

Life

He had his own productions in theaters in Düsseldorf, Berlin, Basel, Cologne and Salzburg. Before that, he worked with well-known directors such as Hübner , Hansgünther Heyme , Rainer Werner Fassbinder , Peter Stein , Grüber , Jürgen Kruse , Luc Bondy and Edith Clever . Schäfer received several teaching assignments at institutes and universities, for example in 1994/95 and 2001 at the University of Fine Arts in Berlin, in 1999 at the University of Music and Theater in Hamburg and in 2004 at the Mozarteum in Salzburg .
