Rolf Gassmann

Rolf Gaßmann (born December 18, 1950 in Mühlhausen ) is a Baden-Württemberg politician of the SPD . He was a member of the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg from 1992 to 1996 and again from 2001 to 2006 .

education and profession

After graduating from high school in Stuttgart in 1969 , Rolf Gaßmann was trained as a banker until 1971 . He then studied economics and politics in Stuttgart-Hohenheim . From 1978 to 2014 he was a teacher at commercial schools. Since then he has been working as an independent tenant and organizational consultant.

Political activity

Rolf Gassmann was a member of the municipal council of the city of Stuttgart from 1989 to 1992. Member of the Parliament of Baden-Württemberg was he in the 11th legislative period from 1992 to 1996 with the second mandate and in the 13th legislative period from 2001 to 2006 with the direct mandate in constituency Stuttgart I .

Club activity

Rolf Gaßmann has been chairman of the Stuttgart tenants' association since 1985. V. and since 2004 also board member of the tenants' association Baden-Württemberg e. V., an association of 35 tenant associations in this same state. He is also a member of the Federal Presidium of the German Tenants' Association in Berlin, where he is responsible for questions relating to European law.
