Röllmühle is a district (individual) of the town of Rehau in the Upper Franconian district of Hof with seven inhabitants.

The Röllmühle is located approx. 3 km south-east of Rehau am Bocksbach.

history

First documented mention in 1417. The owners were Hans Röll (to whom the name also testifies), Peter and Philipp von Püschere, Hans Friedrich Teuffel. The Röllmühle had two grinding passages and one cutting passage as well as the mill building.

The Röllmühle was part of the municipality of Fohrenreuth and was incorporated into the town of Rehau on May 1, 1978.

economy

Today there is a forestry operation in the Röllmühle.
