Romagny is a town and commune Déléguée in the French municipality of Romagny Fontenay with 995 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Manche in the region of Normandy . The inhabitants are called Romagnais .
With effect from January 1, 2016, the former municipalities of Fontenay and Romagny were merged to create a nouvelle commune with the name Romagny Fontenay. The municipality of Romagny belonged to the Arrondissement of Avranches and the Canton of Mortain .
