Roman Wiktorowitsch Tatalin ( Russian Роман Викторович Таталин ; born November 19, 1992 in Novosibirsk ) is a Russian ice hockey player who has been under contract with HK Junost Minsk from the Belarusian extra league since April 2020, where he plays the position of defender .

Career

Roman Tatalin began his career as a hockey player in the junior division of Vitjas Chekhov , for whose junior team Russkije Vitjasi Chekhov he has been active in the multinational youth league Molodjoschnaja Chokkeinaja Liga since the 2009/10 season . In the 2011/12 season he made his debut for the professional team of Vityas Chekhov in the Continental Hockey League . In his rookie year , he scored one goal and one assist in 14 games. He was also voted KHL Rookie of the Month for February. In the following playing years he came regularly to assignments in the KHL, but was also used in partner teams, including the THK Tver , in the Wysschaja Hockey League .

In May 2015, SKA Saint Petersburg first acquired the transfer rights to Tatalin, before these were transferred to HK Spartak Moscow at the beginning of July of the same year .
