Rosemarie Pfluger
Rosemarie Pfluger (born October 21, 1945 in Zug , Switzerland ; † July 5, 2011 ) was a Swiss journalist , presenter and long-time employee of Swiss television .
Life
Born in Central Switzerland , she came to Swiss television in 1970 through a casting show. With Kurt Felix , she presented the Saturday evening entertainment program Grüezi Mitenand for two years in the early 1970s . In the 1970s and 1980s she also presented the Saturday evening program “Zum doppelten Engel” with Ines Torelli . She realized numerous short portraits, mainly of artists, but also for the series “Farmer Seeks Farmer” or “History of the Month”. From 1989 she worked for 3sat . Among other things, she produced “Reiseland Schweiz”, a series of documentary portraits about interesting “contemporaries” and various individual programs.
After leaving television, Rosemarie Pfluger worked as a freelancer and lent her voice to audio book productions, among other things. In 2009 she had to take a break because she lost her voice.
She passed away at the age of 65.
