Life

Lentilius was also active as a writer.

On July 31, 1683, Rosinus Lentilius with the surname ORIBASIUS I was accepted as a member ( matriculation no. 116 ) in the Leopoldina .

Spaetzle production

The tradition of making spaetzle in Swabia can be traced back to the 18th century. Rosinus Lentilius dealt with this spaetzle production. He summarized "Knöpflein" and "Spazen" as "everything that is made from flour".
