Rudolf Fleischer

Rudolf Fleischer (born March 25, 1915 in Zschopau ; † February 6, 1984 in Karl-Marx-Stadt ) was a German painter and graphic artist .

Life

Rudolf Fleischer initially completed an apprenticeship as a decorative painter. From 1933 to 1939 he studied at the Academy of Applied Arts in Dresden with Alexander Baranowsky , Börner, Walter and Erich Zschiesche and from 1942 to 1943 at the Academy of Fine Arts in Dresden with Hanns Hanner . Since 1945 he has worked as a freelance artist. Fleischer was a member of the Association of Visual Artists of the GDR .
