Rudolf Herlt

Rudolf Herlt (born December 27, 1919 in Lobositz ; † March 19, 2005 in Hamburg ) was a German business journalist .

Life

Herlt came from the Sudetenland . He was born in 1950 at the Philosophical Faculty of the University of Erlangen with the dissertation Is there a general business cycle theory? An attempt at a methodologically critical examination of the Dr. rer. pole. PhD . He then worked as a business editor for the daily newspaper Die Welt a . a. as a foreign correspondent in London and for the weekly newspaper Die Zeit . In 1986 he retired. He has also written articles for the Swiss business newspaper Finanz und Wirtschaft . He lived in Hamburg and was married. His daughter works for the Goethe Institute .
