Rudolf Miller (psychologist)

Rudolf Miller (* 1945 ) is a German psychologist.

Life

He did a commercial apprenticeship and worked as a publishing clerk. He studied economics and social sciences in Tübingen , Cologne and Duisburg (1969–1973) | Worked in HR management at Ford Werke AG in Cologne. After receiving his doctorate in 1978 in Duisburg in psychology as Dr. phil. and the habilitation on October 18, 1995 (reviewers: Gerd Wiendieck , Helmut E. Lück , Heinz Abels , Günter Wiswede , Hans-Werner Bierhoff ) in Hagen Venia in social psychology. Until his retirement (March 2010) he taught as an adjunct professor for social psychology at the FernUniversität in Hagen . From 1999 to 2008 he developed a 4 semester master's degree in human resources management as a distance learning course for managers at five Ukrainian universities. In 2005 he was awarded an honorary doctorate by the Kharkov State Technical University . Since March 2011 he has been Vice Rector for Studies and Teaching at the EBZ Business School .
