history
The first mention of the village comes from the year 1606. Like Kleinhan, this village was also part of the Rothenhaus rule . From 1850 the village was part of the judicial district of Katharinaberg .
At the beginning of the 20th century, the inhabitants lived primarily from toy production, Kleinhan came to Rudelsdorf as a district. After the Second World War , most of the Germans were expelled and the village found hardly any new residents. In 1953 it was incorporated into Hora Svaté Kateřiny. In 2001 the village consisted of nine residential houses in which 16 people lived. Today the community lives mainly as a weekend home for the residents of the Most region.

Trivia
The remarkable thing is the unusually high number of ponds for the region. Rudolický rybník ( Old Pond ) is about a kilometer to the west . The New Pond through which the Telčský potok flows is about a kilometer away. Two kilometers southwest of the Kachní rybník or Hájkův or Sběrný (Anwed (e) l pond or Amandl pond). It is supplied with water by the Nivský potok. In the hole is the last of the four ponds, the Telčský rybník (hole pond or tölt pond). He used to have a mill (Lochmühle), a pestle (Lohstampf) and a malt house. However, these buildings were destroyed after the war. All ponds have clear water. Rare birches grow on the banks.
