Ruensiek is a district of the town of Schieder-Schwalenberg in the district of Lippe , North Rhine-Westphalia . Until it was incorporated on January 1, 1970, Ruensiek was an independent municipality in the Detmold district . This was dissolved on January 1, 1973 and merged with the Lemgo district to form the Lippe district.
