Siekholz is a district of the city Schieder-Schwalenberg in Lippe , North Rhine-Westphalia .
history
The community of Siekholz was re-formed on April 1, 1922 from the Siekholz dairy and parts of the community of Eschenbruch .
Until it was incorporated on January 1, 1970, Siekholz was an independent municipality in the Detmold district . This was dissolved on January 1, 1973 and merged with the Lemgo district to form the Lippe district.
The Siekholzer Schanze ground monument is located in the southwest of Siekholz .
