The 2003/04 season was the 74th season of the Romanian Ice Hockey League , the highest Romanian ice hockey division . Champion became the eighth time in the history of the SC Miercurea Ciuc .

In the main round, each of the five teams played a total of 24 games. The two first placed qualified for the championship final. Each team received two points for a win, one point for a draw and zero points for a defeat.
