The 2006/07 season was the 77th season of the Romanian Ice Hockey League , the highest Romanian ice hockey division . Champion was for the ninth time in the club history of SC Miercurea Ciuc .

In the main round, each of the six teams played a total of 20 games. The four best-placed teams qualified for the final round, the two first-placed teams in turn qualified for the championship finals. Each team received two points for a win, one point for a draw and zero points for a defeat.
