Romanian ice hockey league
The Liga Națională de hochei (German National Ice Hockey League ) is the top division in Romanian ice hockey .
The league is organized by the Romanian ice hockey association Federația Română de Hochei pe Gheață , FRHG for short. Initially, the two city rivals SC Miercurea Ciuc and HC Csíkszereda took part in the game operations of the Hungarian Borsodi Jégkorong League . In the 2008/09 season, the Romanian record champions Steaua Bucharest and CS Progym Gheorgheni played in parallel in the resulting MOL league . For the MOL League 2009/10, however, both waived for financial reasons, instead the ASC Corona 2010 Brașov and the HSC Csíkszereda are now playing in this international competition. You have not participated in the main round of the Romanian league since 2013, but only enter the national game in the playoffs.
