The 5098  m high Rush Peak is a mountain peak in the Karakoram Mountains in Central Asia.

It is located in Gilgit-Baltistan in northern Pakistan . The summit lies on a ridge between the Hispar valley in the north and the valleys of the two glaciers Barpu and Sumayar Bar in the south. This ridge rises from the confluence of the Hoper valley in the Hispar valley in the west and reaches its greatest height in the nameless mountain P6294. Its south-eastern neighbor is, after a saddle, the 7070  m high Spantik .

As a trekking summit, Rush Peak is relatively easy to climb in the summer months and is therefore of interest to non-professional mountaineers. The ascent is via the Barpu Glacier on the south side. A few meters below the summit is Pakistan's highest mountain lake, Rush Lake at 4694  m , which already offers remarkable views to the south of Miar Peak ( 6824  m ), Miar Glacier and Phuparash Peak ( 6574  m ) as well as Malubiting . From Rush Peak the mountains of Hispar Muztagh in the north, as well as the Ultar Sar in the west and Diran and Rakaposhi in the southwest are visible. When the visibility is clear, the view to the east extends to K2, more than 150 km away, and its neighbors Broad Peak and Gasherbrum IV .
